Outside reading #1

The book I'm reading called Burger Wuss. So far, it's about a teenager named Anthony who feel in love with this girl he works with and they ended up dating, but then one night at a party his girlfriend Diana cheats on him with anoher guy that he works with named Turner. Anthony and Diana then break up and Anthony plots ways to get back at Turner. So far Turner has tricked Anthony twice by getting Anthony beat up by people who work at Burger Queen and by getting Anthony to poisin all the food at work on accident. While all this is happening Anthony is still trying to get back together with Diana.

"Don't you want to be the kind of person things happen to?" (Diana)
This quote is important because Anthony wants to be one of the kids that parties and is always having fun, and he feels like Diana  is one of those kids, so when they start dating Anthony feels like a new person.

The way I'm going to rate my book is by using hearts, and a picture describing how I feel about the book so far. So right now I'll rate my book ♥ because I feel like it's a little predictable.

it's a little bit boring now.

One question I have for the author about the book is when exactly does he meet Diana, because in the begining he starts off at an interview, and then it just starts talking about him liking Diana which is a little confusing.

POW#2: Snapshots

I don't have a photo of the picture I'd like to talk about, but a photo that means a lot to me is a picture of my dad, sister, brother, and me when we were all really young. In the picture my dad is holding us all together and he has a broad smile across his face while me and my siblings are all laughing in his arms being squished together. I really like this picture because it reminds me of my dad, and everytime I look at it  I just feel really fortunate to have somebody that cares about me and my brother and sister so much. I'm extremely close to my father and I don't think I could ever really type enough or say enough to explain how much I respect my dad, love him, and enjoy his company. My dad recently took a job in Arkansas so that my entire family could be more comfortable. While he has moved away my parents are still together, but I only get to see my dad on weekends now. And sometimes work keeps him from comming up every weekend, so sometimes I only see my dad a few times a month. It's actually very difficult for me not to be able to see him so much, but I need to remember that however hard it is for us, it's harder for him. He constanstly calls and texts my siblings and I just to see how we're doing and just trys to check up on us like he was here. But it's no secret to my family that my dad really misses us and I know it cause him a lot of stress to work down there. So I feel like my dad makes a lot of sacrafices for my family. But relating this to the picture, anytime I see the photo it's a reminder to me to show how much my dad cares about us, misses us, wants to come back, and just in general what a wonderful father he is. So I wish I had the picture to upload, but I'm not sure where it is now.

AOW#1 nursing student

Ms. Byrnes should be readmitted to JCCC immediatley because she was unaware she was doing anything wrong, there is nothing listed in the code of conduct about posting a picture to facebook, and she never receieved any type of warning the in past. It is unfair and in a sense cruel, to rob a student of a professional degree just a few short months prior to graduation. When Ms. Brynes and her fellow collegues asked if it was alright for them to take a picture with the placenta the teacher never warned the students that there was a possible punishment or expulsion, so therefore the students were unaware of doing anything wrong. There are no rules in the code of conduct saying anything about posting something to facebook, it's not fair to be expelled for something when it's not even a rule. And lastly, Ms. Byrnes has always been an excellent student in the past and 1 mistake should not result in such a harsh and unfair punishment. Although her behavoir wasn't professional, her flaws don't out weigh her virtues. Ms. Byrnes should be admitted back into school as soon as possible.

POW#1 my name is

My name is Rachel, and the orgins of Rachel are hebrew. It means little lamb, and my parents named me that because both my brother and my sister have names that are hebrew and my parents wanted all of our names to relate to God some how. I don't like my name just becuase it's generic, and it sounds chunky. The only nickname I really have is Rach (rAY-ch). That's basically everything about my name.
